AI Mission & Strategic Innovation Ecosystems
AI Mission & Strategic Innovation Ecosystems
This 13-day journey begins in Bengaluru, where students study India’s AI ecosystem from the inside — research institutions, deep-tech startups, incubators, and responsible AI frameworks.
The program then moves to Hyderabad to engage with product teams, venture actors, and applied AI deployment labs. The final phase in Delhi situates innovation within national strategy, including the IndiaAI Mission and broader digital governance structures.
By the end, students move beyond viewing AI as a technical field to understanding it as infrastructure, political economy, and public design.
Students will:
-
Analyze the architecture of AI mission-building (compute access, funding mechanisms, talent pipelines).
-
Engage directly with startup and incubation ecosystems to understand scaling constraints.
-
Translate responsible AI principles into governance tools and regulatory frameworks.
-
Develop a prototype storyboard grounded in real-world ecosystem constraints.
-
Produce a governance memo aligning innovation design with policy feasibility.
