This program begins in Delhi, examining the architecture of national governance, policy cycles, ministries, think tanks, and institutional ecosystems.

Students then transition to Rajasthan, where local governance institutions, Panchayats, and service delivery systems provide a grounded lens on how national priorities are implemented, negotiated, or reshaped.

The journey concludes with comparative synthesis, examining divergence between policy design and field realities.

Students will:
